Incorporated as Integrated Healthcare Management SA, the group trades as InHealth Group and is based in the UK. InHealth Group is privately owned and has grown rapidly since its inception in 1997. It has been highly acquisitive and has also invested strongly, with the result that it is now a leading player in the UK health sector and active in a number of health related activities all directed at providing high quality managed services.

The group consists of four separate divisions each specialising in a particular sector of the Healthcare industry. Currently all the sites within the group have a different corporate identity which is something that is being addressed.

The overall aim of the project is to consolidate all the sites into a single entity which can then be managed internal by each separate division . It was decided to break the project down into three phases.

• Phase 1: Group splash page with links to the existing divisional sites
• Phase 2: A micro site with more detailed information about the Group and its aims
• Phase 3: A site that consolidates all the existing divisional site and has a comprehensive content management system (dotEditor) allowing internal updates
