Ignis are an agency who undertake desk research and a strategic analysis of the consumer / market environment. Because of the nature of what they do, they needed a new website that could attract new clients and firmly back up their strong offline presence.

After contacting us and explaining what they wanted, it was left to Ellipsis to produce some ideas for the site in a 'blank canvas' kind of way - Ignis felt it would be good to get an outsider's view of their company translated onto the web. This approach normally works quite well as clients who specify exactly what they want sometimes have little understanding of the limits or parameters of the web and browsers and this can result in 'messy' designs.

Three concepts were produced for Ignis. They then chose the one they liked most which was worked up slightly and had unecessary elements removed to enhance the clean and uncluttered look it conveyed.

The next stage is to add some streaming footage to the site and let clients see some of the excellent work that Ignis themselves produce.
